Review summary

Very disappointed in the service very slow :in the buffet they never cleaned the tables we would just keep piling our plates on top of one another this was our 7th cruise with Norwegian not sure if we comeback

Buffet and main dining room food was good but noticed the portions were much smaller but the service was very slow . Tha Japanese restaurant was awful we left half the food on the table it was cold and we didn’t get what we ordered .

They were not friendly or helpful and it seem like their were a lot around when you needed them . The excursion desk were very rude when my husband went to complain about how the first day in Juneau was handled no one informed us before we stood on line to get off the ship that all excursions involving flying were canceled no one was on board telling us we could see if another excursion was available so our friends that were with us walked to down without us my son finely found some one that helped us book something else. We should have been told before we left the ship that we were canceled
