Review summary

The ports were beautiful. Everything regarding onboard things was very disappointing. Too many events at the same time when it wasn't necessary; a very "robotic" staff, not enough late night food locations; no great meals like lobster or salmon; the app to view the events and keep in touch with others had incorrect information several times, and did not notify people immediately when the message was sent; inappropriate songs (with the words "****" and "*****") in the karaoke book; we were not informed of the time we would be in Glacier Bay until that morning; we never even met our room steward; way too many disappointments. Even Carnival was better, and I never thought I would say that about them.

There were not enough locations to eat late at night, and only one 24-hours. At the buffet, the "toast lady" was terrible. No personality and would give you toast that other's forgot to take.

Onboard Activities

Various activities were scheduled at similar times, even on sea days! In karaoke, the song book contained a song with "fuck & nigger" in the words several times. Totally not appropriate for families.

Only "Rederick?" on the staff was pleasant. All others were very robotic, not rude but not friendly. We never met our room steward, and they usually make the trip fun.

The only negative was having the basketball court directly above the "quiet room". Didn't make sense.
