Review summary

We wish we would have known not to book our cruise during the Holiday Season.  The ship was totally booked - mostly with families.  There were many incidents of out-of-control children and lack of supervision.  On our particular deck, children would run up and down the hall noisy and screaming!  Our friends who went on a Disney cruise with their grandchildren said that even Disney had separate swimming pools and restaurants for families with children.  This was not our experience on this cruise!

The bed in the cabin was terrible! No mattress! Just think foam rubber over corrugated steel frame! Continue to have back trouble from the experience!

Ship tip

The Summer Palace, in our opinion was the best place for dining. Excellent food and Service! We commend waiters Augustine from India and Red from the Philippines for excellent service!
