Ship was very well maintained. Everything was always clean. The staff was exceedingly nice and helpful.

Very easy to get around the boat. Wish NCL rented on-board cell phones or text devices so that you can find others in your party. I would recommend bringing good set of walkie talkies.
Stop way too short. Don't even get to see sunset which is the most famous part of Key West. Very safe city to stop in, but get the least amount of time. We didn't even get off of the ship.
