Review summary

The ship was very nice. We enjoyed playing WII on the 20 foot screen TV. The freestyle dining was not good at all. You had to get up at 7 am to get a dining reservation. If you went straight to the dining room their was a hour to a hour and a half wait time. The buffet food was good. The shows were excellent. We have cruised 10 times and these were the best shows yet.

We took a 5 hour taxi tour. You must eat a banana here, they are sweet like candy. We went by a bread company that used wood fire and banana leaves to cook on. The bread was fabulous. Definitely try a johnny cake (cross between a doughnut and yeast bread). The drive in volcano was worth the whole cruise. It was facinating and the government has its own guides at the volcanoe.
Don't Miss: Drive in volcano

Ate the best sandwich of our life at this port. Atun Panini- fresh grilled Tuna on a Panini to die for. Went on a nice island tour. This is a good port to book your tour with the shore excursion desk. Taxi's aren't watched closely by government and many can't be trusted (you might get robbed). This was a beautiful port.

Went to a beach at this port. The taxi driver took us on a tour of the island, then took us to a fabulous beach on the carribean side. The waves were fun with no undertow. We loved it. Taxi's were safe.

Pros: The ports of call.

Cons: The freestyle dining was awful. You had to get up at 7am to book a reservation or they would all be booked. If you just went to the Dining Room they gave you a beeper with a wait time of an hour to an hour and a half.
