This was a great cruise on an excellent ship and spectacular crew/entertainment. That we got almost perfect weather for Alaska was a supper bonus.

We had some of our grandchildren with us and they love the “Joy”.

Experiencing Alaska and the Yukon Territory by ship was a wonderful adventure. The Norwegian Joy was a large ship, but we never felt crowded. The ship is very well laid out. We were a little disappointed by all of the addons and sold out attractions. Book early. Wonderful, priceless memories with our kids and grandkids. The glaciers were unbelievable.

Best cruise ever, loved the ship and staff. We saw so many whales. Loved the trip through the Fjord!

Best experience of my life. The only thing that I hated about my experience and this has nothing to do with the ship. Is I was flying with United airlines and they badly damaged my suitcase and when I went back after the cruise they damaged another suitcase of mine so on this trip 2 really badly damaged suitcases.

Amazing will do this crusie again and on this ship ....loved everything about it ....the staff was great the food was amazing and ports was more then i had expected ....over all experience was more then i could have experienced

Beautiful ship. Friendly staff and great food. Loved our Alaskan inside passage cruise very much. Would do this cruise again. The natural beauty was breath taking.

As first time cruisers we weren't sure what to expect. We so enjoyed all the different parts of crusing. Entertainment, bars/restaurants, casino, ports of call... we loved it all!

Excellent cruise to Alaska. The ship is very nice, the food in the speciality restaurants, buffet and dining room was excellent. Had great fun onboard also with Laser Tag, Go-carts and Virtual Reality.

Overall it was a very enjoyable cruise. The embarkation process was very well organized, no long waiting times to board. The food was great in all the restaurants we visited, as was the entertainment and shore excursions. Disembarkation was also well organized and efficient. However, vehicle traffic on Alaska Way in the vicinity of the ship is a problem. Traffic was backed up on eastbound streets leading to Alaskan Way. Our driver experienced at least three traffic light cycles before he could turn onto Alaskan Way. Access to the load/unload zone was also difficult. Similar problems during disembarkation in the load/unload zone. We had to lug our luggage about half a block to where our driver could find legal curb space. There needs to be improvements.

Second Alaska cruise. The first one was in 2013. Alaskans have a short summer window to make a living so I appreciate the business end of port shopping. However, the ports are now over-run. NCL excursions have become a bit expensive in terms of their price-value proposition. However, there are plenty of other operators to go with once the ship has docked.

Loved the ports in Alaska, wish we could have been there a little longer!

I’d go again in a heartbeat!! Everyone was so pleasant and very accommodating. They have set a new bar for every other ship to try to reach

Glacier cruising was the most beautiful experience. No need to book a glacier excursion if doing this. Also, it was beautiful sunny and 75 degrees and able to sit out by the pool and get a tan in Alaska! No humidity, beautiful scenery, drink in my hand, it was truly amazing.

This was a wonderful cruise and we had a great time! The Joy is a clean ship with a wonderful crew and many fun activities. I would recommend this cruise!

Cant wait to do this cruise again ! The ship itself was great as well as the ports.

Norwegian was great and good and drinks was fantastic. I booked al excursions outside the CruiseLine and saved lot of money. If your air is included in the package based on the return flight check about port valley as soon as you board. Ado make sure you get off the ship by 7am if you want to do excursions and spend enough time at ports.

The Joy had wide variety of activities for all age groups. Enjoyed interacting with the very attentive staff.

This was our first ever cruise and first time to Alaska. The ship was beautiful and the staff was excellent. Our room steward Paul took wonderful care of us and was always polite. The food at the 3 main dining rooms was delicious and the buffet was good but could be a bit difficult to find a seat on port days. We did not eat at any of the upcharge restaurants. I do wish there would have been a bit more variety of food choices at the MDR’s. The Local was great for a late night snack. Our favorite bar was Mixx due to the main bartender (can’t remember his name) He made the best Painkillers and Rebellious Fish! Lots of entertainment choices to chose from but be sure to book your shows before you get on the ship.

Booked airline flight thru NCL, flight to Seattle was cancelled. Tried to call NCL number and was on hold for 28 minutes. We finally got rerouted and made the ship but our luggage did not. The NCL airport staff was not helpful at all, neither was the customer service people on the phone.
