Poor hours of open food service. Food was only average. Major disappointment. Could have the same quality food in my home town.

We had to ask to have our floor in our room vacuumed on the second day because there was obvious hair from previous guest on the floor. The third day at 3 pm our room was still not gone through and made up. From then on we didn’t even ask for it to be done. The ship was very dated and not as spectacular as we were hoping.

I went on the joy, and my experience was completely different. I'm surprised it took them so long to get to your room. Ours was done by 1 or sooner every day. Sorry your experience wasn't up to par.

NCL had always been a wonderful experience for us…our favorite cruise was 2023 on the Joy through the Panama Canal. It was amazing 🤩. I’m sorry you didn’t have a good experience.

The food was no better than you could get around where you live? What were you expecting, 5-star Michelin restaurants? It’s a cruise ship feeding 4,000 people a night. You get standard restaurant food, like you’d get at your average chain restaurant.

We absolutely love NCL! Never had a problem. I'm very surprised your room situation wasn't taken care of immediately. Doesn't sound like NCL.

I have cruised mainly on Norwegian and have never been disappointed. I feel so happy to just be there. It always amazes me that people can go on a cruise vacation and be so unhappy. Do you realize how fortunate you are to be able to cruise? A lot people are never that fortunate.
