The staff is professional courteous and very accommodating

Layout was fine but the after Haven cabins are really not with the Haven forward cabins so we never saw the Butler!

It was fabulous. We had Carlos who attended to all our needs. The cabin was very well maintained.

Sounds like you had a great trip. We go in 75 days. :) Regarding shows, I see you said they were sold out/full. Do you know if they can be booked in advance/pre-cruise on the app? Right now, it's showing not available. TIA
