Review summary

This was our fist NCL cruise and our last. The customer service was horrendous. Our room steward never cleaned our room . The sheets, linen, towels had stains on them so you questioned if they were even clean. There was a sewer smell in our bathroom. The walls are so thin we heard our neighbor screaming at her poor kid Thomas for seven days straight. Never met them but felt for Thomas . Worst cruise ever and we cruise three times a year.

Food in Buffett was over cooked or burned. Main dining rooms would take over two hours to get you out. We waited one night 20 min just for someone to acknowledge we were even seated

The room steward was very rude. Our room was only cleaned 4 times out of 7 days. We had a comforter with black stains all over it. Towels with brown marks and always had to hunt down fresh towels from a cart.

The review opens with “the room steward never cleaned the room” then is modified to cleaned 4 days out of 7. These contradictory statements makes me question the whole review, unfortunately

Great Cruise

The ship was way too crowded could not get seats at pool areas. Food was pretty good.specialty restaurants Cagney was good food republic was horrible. Did not do any excursions from Ncl because they where almost triple then what you can do on your own.
