Review summary

The food, entertainment were all good. The staff was amazing. Elevators were hard to get, pool lounges hard to get, getting shows booked hard to get, dinner reservations hard to get and lines at restaurants & bars. The organization and communication was horrible. I've never been on a cruise with embarkment and disembarkment like this.

Embarkation

Long lines, lack of communication & people cutting

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Food and drinks were good, lines and heard people had hard time booking. I booked the first day allowed and the times I wanted were already booked.

Onboard Activities

Pool was nice but very hard to get a lounge and people went out early to put towels down. What I saw is they didn't do anything about the 15 minute time frame of not being at your lounge.

Enjoyed all the shows but some of the shows were all booked by time I went on the tv to book them later in the day. Had to go to customer service then sent to box office for Footloose. Luckily they gave us a paper pass to get in. Then a couple more shows we needed to wait in stand by line.

Service and Staff

This was the best part of the trip. Every staff member extremely nice. Always a hello, thank you & enjoy the rest of your day.

Disembarkation

A nightmare. We arrived 1 1/2 hours before time of self disembarkment. Thinking we might not get an elevator. The elevators already getting crowded by then. The line was even getting long. It was a total nightmare by time 8am came. We end up not starting to leave until 8:30 and people were cutting the line also.

Certain categories (Haven, special needs, priority access, CAS) are allowed to embark and disembark before the general cruise cabins. That may be what you saw as "cutting" in the lines?

Appreciate your detailed feedback. Glad you enjoyed your cruise in spite of the issues with embarkation and debarkation.
