I've never had a bad embarkation out of NYC. Toughest part is usally getting to the Pier.

Generally food was good. several of the beef dishes at dinner were not as tender as expected.

Staff was generally good - dining room , room steward. trying to get bar service in some of the lounges posed a challenge at times.

It was nice that the "smoking section" of the Casino was enclosed. nice to walk from one end of ship to other and not end up smelling like smoke.

Cabin / Stateroom

Steward did an excellent job with our cabin. Given the ship's itinerary I image it wasn't easy
