Nice experience for a short cruise, Staff was great!

Check in process was slow..Even with Haven priority, we showed up at designated time and still had to wait for about an hour. Then once released to board our key cards rejected at security so we had to return and go back through the process. Staff was very courteous though!

Ship was clean as always. Pool deck was packed as it typically is on Breakaway + class ships.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was amazing except for being located under pool deck. Was loud early in the morning putting chairs out, etc. we new that was a risk though.
Ship tip
The spa is disappointing on the Joy if you plan to use it. It is not the same as the other Breakaway class ships.
