Review summary

This is a very nice cruise ship, and all crew members tried in every way to keep it as clean as possible. Our disappointment is to have purchase the cabin above the entertainment place called the Cavern, without the acknowledge. We feel overall cheated for the price we paid and didn't get the entertainment we want, which are the musical shows, and the so called Premium Drink package does include so little now compared the the other cruises we went on the different Norwegian cruise ship before. It was very boring.

It was right above the "Cavern" where every night some band will play rock music and my whole cabin was shaking from the sound of the speakers. We couldn't sleep there for the first 3 nights. Gave complaint for those nights, and finally on the fourth night they transfer us to a new cabin.
