Review summary

It is regrettable that the main entertainment was cancelled withour explaination. We had to wait 4 1/2 hours for airport to port bus transportation. Unacceptable. The cruise was acceptable but could have been so much better! Nor a 3.9 cruise as calculated by you!

Disembarkation

Staff in terminal was rude and unnecessarily delayed our departure. Delaying passengers until all luggage is offloaded in not acceptable if you are going to use the colored tag system. If I had not already been tired, i would have filed a complaten tired
