Review summary
This was our first cruise. We learned some lessons as to value vs costs for some services. I don’t see myself ever using American Airlines Cruise again. After booking the cruise. Our agent went away. American would not reassign our cruise to a new agent so we were left on our own to make decisions on services and get information. Norwegian helped some, but after talking with some of their agents it was clear that they were likely new and didn’t have correct answers for some of my questions,Embarkation

Don’t waste money on priority boarding packages…. Very very little value. Wi-Fi package was a wast of money as well. Didn’t work well.
