Review summary

I would not do this ship again, I felt like it really did not live up to Norwegian Standards.

4 out of 5
Food seemed off this go around, was not as good as past experiences

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Those were good

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Entertainment was good

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Good kids program, my kids enjoyed that.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Staff was not as friendly and borderline bad customer service.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Everything was very clean and the layout was good.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Cabin felt very cramped, room steward was good.

Ship tip

Bring everything you paid for on paper, but the check in process before getting on the ship, completely messed up my kids room and changed their package by accident and it ended costing me more money for something I already prepaid.

Ports of call

San Pedro (Los Angeles), California

5 out of 5
Easy port to park at.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

5 out of 5

3 out of 5
This was just ok, felt a little dirty.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

5 out of 5
Wish we had spent more time at this place.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
It took forever, we were actually in the front of the line, and they had a bunch of hold ups at the port.
