Review summary

Was told that NCL was THE cruise line to sail, as EVERYTHING was exceptional. There were 8 of my family cruising together...Only one had cruised NCL prior. She was disappointed and those of us who had sailed with Carnival were also disappointed - mainly re: the food...the buffet was often "meh" and the 3 main dining room. although advertised as having different menus, were very much the same, day in, day out...steaks over-cooked, pork & chicken too dry....only the seafood dishes were considered excellent.

Service and Staff

Room steward was excellent...staff was always pleasant. Wait staff in the main dining rooms was hit & miss...some good & some very lacking in attention.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
ship was a bit too big for my liking, but young, more mobile people didn't seem to have issues.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cabin was clean, bed was comfy, size was okay.

Ship tip

If you are elderly or have mobility issues, bring a wheelchair or scooter.
