Review summary

Enjoyed having Linda Ledbetter from Club Cruise Partners assist us with the planning and arranging of this cruise and itinerary! She is excellent to work with. Enjoyed the Cruise and had great weather in all the ports on the Mexican Riviera!!

OK, San Diego was a little congested around the airport and pier.

Food was good. Service was not consistent in all venues.

Onboard Activities

Access to pools and chaise lounges was limited. Kids were in the hot tubs with floaties.

Entertainment

Entertainment in the theater was excellent each night. Music at the bars, DJ's, etc. were good. We especially enjoyed Drake.

No kids.

Service and Staff

Bar staff were good and cordial. Waiters in the dining venues were OK, did vary from place to place. Seemed like some inexpereince was happening. Our room was comfortable and clean.

Ship Quality

Theater seats were uncomfortable. Bathrooms could have been serviced more frequently (lacked soap and paper towels at times). The Jewel is somewhat dated.
