Getting into the ship was quite unorganized! People going left and right to meet in the middle and no NCL worker to direct traffic so took so much longer than past cruises

Cagney’s is our favorite! Food is just average. Surprised they weren’t more Mexican food since that was the cruise

Felt understaffed and not the service we’ve had on other NCL ships. Had drink package and normally you could lay out and servers would come to you, well this ship you waited in a line all the time to get your drinks. Not very relaxing in my opinion. Even in casino!

We really enjoyed our picture window and had so much storage and bed was comfortable. Rey was a steward and was very friendly and did a great job!
