Review summary

The ship and cruise itself was very good. We did enjoy it. But the disembarking situation certainly took away from that all and left a poor image to remember.

Buffets were typical buffet food. Decent but not outstanding. Cagney’s and La Cucina were excellent; both service and food. And we love Moderno!

We spent a lot of time hangi g by the pool. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Entertainment

The music shows were great. Their comedian was ok, just not the best we’ve seen. Cirque show was very good.

Service and Staff

Our room steward did a great job. And the wait staff were very attentive in the specialty restaurants. Bar staff were few and far between and very overworked.

This was a nightmare. We had to disembark at 6:30, and spent hours standing in the airport waiting for the airline check in desks to open. No seating available and lots of elderly people with no accommodations.
