Review summary

Other than a few memorable crew as noted already, the balance of the crew were officious, impolite, rude and seemed they wish they were doing something else. I, personally, would not cruise NCL again.

Ian Palmer in the French restaurant was better than Five Star; he was superior to all others. Alonzo Mateo in the multi-bar area on the 6th deck was great; but he was sick the last couple of days. Our cabin Steward was great.
