Food was definitely of a lower quality than other lines we have cruised. Staff was not as engaged. The O'Sheehan's Pub is a great idea for 24 hr service but we visited twice and the service was terrible and the food just so so. The buffets were ok, smaller than other lines we have traveled on. Again, staff unengaged. The Brazilian Steakhouse was amazing though. Excellent food and service, well worth the extra $$.

Family was on Jewel May 26th the year. Found it a great cruise. food was great and staff always would say hi. Enjoyed the heated pools for this Alaskan cruise.

When we were on the Jewel in 2017 we had excellent food. It was all around a fabulous trip. Round trip out of Seattle. We were on the ship on Mother’s Day & they made a huge cake for the dessert that day. Nice touch.
