Review summary

We had a terrible experience with the food on the ship it was cold all the time and when asked to please bring food hot personnel were rude . They had the same exact food for 7 days changed the menu but same food especially mostly was Indian spicy food. Also getting off the ship for Handicap wheelchair accessibility no one there to help my mother get off the ship so was not able to go for excursions. There was a personnel Mr. Luis Ramos gust services that was rude towards me on the ship which I will report to Norwegian corporate offices.He almost made us loose our short excursions. I will never recommend this ship to anyone.

Cabin Stewart Marck was great!!! But Mr. Luis Ramos - Guest Services on the ship was rude to me because of my pet. Then i had to report him to his supervisor. Also we bought an excursions and he directed us the wrong way and we almost lost the group and made it difficult for us to find the group with my Handicap mother. He was terrible also in organizing the excursion for the handicapped.

Our cabin was great and (Marck) was very nice and polite always greeting us . He made our trip tolerable. Need to upgrade the carpets in the cabins.

Horrible food always cold and same food for 7 days got sick. No help for Handicap passengers to get on and off the ship. Some personnel was rude and impolite. Would not recommend this ship.

Can I ask when you cruised. I'm back about a month and it was wonderful. Obviously by the sounds of what your saying there were many issues. Just curious how Long ago it was compare to my cruise. What a difference in months or whatever makes. It's a brilliant cruise line. I travelled on a few and only I would suggest not going on is princess.

Looks like a one cruise, one post expert. Hard to believe nothing was good about the cruise or the ship. Having said that, take the original post for what it is. The personal rant of an individual that had some issues that may or may not have been exasperated by the posters attitude.

I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. The great variety of food we enjoyed was hot and and almost always very delicious. It sounds like you tended to eat at the buffet. We tried every restaurant except for the Teppanyaki one. The only restaurant we did not enjoy was Chin Chin. Our mother was offered assistance getting on and off of the ship in every port. The only time we experienced less than awesome customer service was at Chin Chin. When my wife dropped off a comment card about the disappointments at Chin Chin, she received a personal phone call and apology from the Hotel Director. Most reviews indicate that my experience was more typical than yours. I hope you find happiness on another cruise line.
