Review summary

We were not happy with our cruise at all. The prices on the ship were terrible. The food was the same everyday and night. Our cabin was very very noisy it was below the cafe and all we heard was carts rolling around and dropping dishes all the time. We took a bottle of wine with us they took it from us than if we wanted it we had to pay them $15.00 to open it. We didn't buy the beverage plan because we don't drink much we bought 1 glass of wine it cost us $14.95 for a half glass. We also took a small coffee pot they also took it from us??????

We loved Rim who took care of us and our cabin. The cabin itself was very very noisy. Hated it terrible

The other peaple and myself that posted replies pointing out flaws in the original post also have the right to feel the way we do about the original post. Do we not? I will turn around one of your questions and direct it towards you. Why are you so defensive?

I do not work for a cruise line and never have. I just pointed out what anyone with common sense is probably thinking. I assume that is what most of the other replies are attempting to do. The problems that the original post complained about came about because of lack of research and not reading the cruise contract. Do you see anything in the original posters comments that can be blamed on the cruise line? Even the food issue could of been canceled out if the person had tried going to the other food venues on the ship. It would be almost impossible to eat the same food each day unless a person made a choice to do just that.

I am always find it kind of humorous when some one blames everyone but themselves for problems that are brought on by a lack of basic research and not reading the cruise contract. Nothing that the original post complained about can be blamed on the cruise line. I am sorry that they did not enjoy the cruise by please place the blame were it really belongs and not on the cruise line.

I went on this trip just a a week ago and felt the staff wasn't as friendly as the other cruises I have done on Norwegian it was a nice ship the food was good but I felt the prices were higher on this trip overall it was okay

and who brings a glass coffee pot on a cruise ship?!?! our ncl balcony room on the escape had a coffee pot in our room. AND you could get free coffee from room service..so...

the food cannot possibly be the same every night bc there's so many different resturant ' s on the ship if you only ate at the buffet every night. you missed out. Also, ncl had the pick a free offer for a while now and if you didn't pick free drinks and u didn't pick specialty dining, then what did you pick? free wifi or excursion credits? did you enjoy your excursions at least?

It sounds to me like you didn't read any of the ticket contract before booking your cruise. Every restaurant on the planet, including cruise ships, charges a corkage fee for bringing your own wine. Fire is the #1 danger on a boat and your coffee maker poses a fire risk for the entire ship. And you're shocked that a vacation that includes your hotel room, meals, entertainment, and transportation has wine that costs $14.95? Please stop cruising.

When picking a cabin it is like real estate.... Location,  location and location.  When you book a cabin always have a deck plan open on your computer so you can see what is above, below and next to your cabin.
