Review summary

internet service was overly expensive.  Before I went on the cruise, I read on the details, and it said 250 minutes were free.  But when we were on the ship, it was over $145 per 250 minutes

That's seems deceptive and a excessive price for wifi. Did you get any cellular service while at sea or at ports in Mexico? AT&T has a free Mexico package, free unlimited calls/texts and 1gb free data, data is charged at $20 per gb past that. But if there's no cellular service it won't do any good.
