Review summary
We enjoyed the cruise as always, but personal service in general was was lacking. Our steward did not provide ice daily like we requested. When I brought it to his attention we needed a light bulb replaced he said he would change it later and it took two days. The dining room waiter offered to order a dinner for my husband and have it delivered to our room,. Two hours later called room service nothing had been ordered.
Staff were not courteous in numerous situations. They would cut you off to go first. One hit me in the arm with a tray hard enough when she squeezed by to cause a bruise on my arm. After an hour wait in O'Sheehans we had to complain to get our food.
In the bar we observed bartender and waitress arguing about who should supply a certain glass.
In a bar we observed a bartender on the phone a total of 25 minutes making numerous phone calls and not waiting on guest.
We trip was fun but the staff in general was not what we had experienced on past cruised.
