Review summary
Overall this was a good cruise. The ship was easy to find things and the staff was great, very friendly and knowledgable.
We had reservations at Cagney's on February 3, we had such bad service and being ignored we walked out. We then went to guest services to explain what happened and to cancel two other reservations Mayette Malania handled the situation with true professionalism. The Director go Food and Beverage Messiah Ritzinger called and couldn't apologize enough and promised he would address the poor service. He offered dinner at any of the specialty restaurants the following night. We chose Moderno's a Brazilian style restuarant, the food, service and staff were excellent. The hard chef Savo came to our table and apologized and told us if we had any issues to contact him. Jasper the assistant cruise director also stopped by our table to make sure everything met our expectations which they did. We had dinner at Le Bistro the following night, the service and food was great. Because of Meesiah and his Staff we would definitely cruise Norwegian again!!
