Review summary

We had swereage problems in our room for two days- absolutely disgusting! The front desk handling of my complaints was marginal. We had another significaqnt problem that I won't discuss here. Some areas of the staff were deficient. They seemed to be either new or not up to par on their capabilities.

A pretty island I would not recommend the "green monkey encounter.' Unless you have never been to a zoo before the very uncomfortable "4 x 4" ride of about 40 minutes is NOT worth this shore excursion. Monkeys are monkeys - no?
