Good cruise. Great ports of call. Good food. Good entertainment. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic experience going to Cape Town & South Africa, did as much as we could highly recommend it.

Cape Town the best by far, cruise itinerary lacking. Significant gastro / food poisoning illness on board, which NCL tried to cover up

NCL staff prior to the cruise were terribly unhelpful and seemed unaware I was a paying customer deserving of courtesy and respect. The itinerary for the islands was excellent but the shore excursions were not well organized--it seemed like they had never done them before. The 3 South African ports prior to Cape Town were some place between wretched and so so. Food was mostly bland and boring. I bought extra specialty dinners so I could treat friends to my birthday dinner but was not allowed to use them for my friends. We ate in the "included" dining room instead. Bummer.

A truly life changing cruise for the culture and wildlife

The good parts - the ship, the entertainment, the ports of call. The bad part - the food was like a diner on the water. This line has a million gimmicks to get your money and everyone I spoke to paid a different price for similar cabins.

Great service. Beautiful places. Lot of fun. We had a wonderful experience.

It was very well done, great ship, excellent personnel, very smooth sailing. Loved my cabin, and especially the balcony. Great shore excursions and excellent food. Getting 5 at sea and the ability to prepay meant that I left the ship with a bill of $6.36. Made me feel I was at an all-inclusive. No surprises. Other than the rug I was forced to buy I was able to keep within my budget for shopping and was so encouraged that I participated in the cruise next program. I was very impressed with the clientele loyalty. I have been on several different ships but never heard the brand loyalty that I heard until this cruise.

Overall enjoyed the cruise, would definitely do some things different if I ever went back.

Overall, my group enjoyed the cruise but none of us wish to return to Israel due to traffic issues and bad tour experiences. I will note again, the professionalism of the ship's officers and their availability to travelers.

Excellent itinerary. Santorini was magnificent. The history in these ports is exceptional Jerusalem, Ephesus, Athens, Cyprus etc

The ship is in fine shape. The crew are working hard and friendly. The ship was very clean and good hygiene habits were strongly encouraged. There wasn't a ton of activities but this is a port intensive cruise. We got to see some amazing bucket list places. Unfortunately, my husband came down with covid while on the ship but it may have been from the plane.

This trip was a big bucket item. Visiting the Holy land was a top priority, and it was awesome. Would like to return & spend some more time. It all goes very quickly. Each stop was amazing, and we enjoyed every port. There was 6 of us and we created alot of family memories.

Cruise was booked before covid. Could not get a refund from Norwegian. Cost twice as much when we did go. Did not receive any of the promises for later travel.

Beautiful scenery and nice cabin. The staff does not help you at all nor can they understand you! The difference from a NCL line and the Princess line is Princess you are important and they will do everything to make you happy. The last day everyone on our floor received chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of wine except us. When my husband tried to get ours no one understood what he was saying. He was not happy with NCL!

It was okay, but I WILL NEVER book another cruise excursion through United. I will stick to Virgin I think from here on out.
