This was the first time we did more than 7days it was wonderful when day 7 came and we realized we ha 5 more days . Loved the canal it was amazing and they brought someone on the ship to narrate as we were going through. Best part of the cruise.

Good choice with the Jade. Good ports of call and excursions.

I canceled a future cruise I had booked with NCL. I will not cruise with NCL again

Loved the Jade and all her staff! What a great crew to vacation with. Seeing the Panama Canal was awesome, it really is a marvel. Costa Rica rainforest was my favorite. Roatan has the best snorkeling ever! Costa Maya has been restored to a big playground and outside mall. Harvest Caye was really nice, but a bit overpriced. Loved every minute and would love to do it again some day.

Had a great time. It’s the second time I’ve been on the boat and noticed a few differences this time. I’m pretty sure it had a lot to do with the age of the guests, my guess the average age was around 75. There might have been 15 groups of people that might’ve been late 30s or mid 40s like us. The food is usually great on every ncl boat, but this time it was so bland, no flavor at all unless you got Asian or Indian food. I’m guessing they must’ve taken out the spices to accommodate the older crowd. The Mayo is too spicy crowd. Also most of the bars closed early. Pool bar closed at 6 most days but I guess I don’t blame them. The pool usually was empty around 5pm. Overall it was an amazing trip, great service and great boat.

I think the NCL Jade is a great ship. The staff on this ship are outstanding. Always friendly and smiling. Has a great set up. NCL always does a great job in the buffet area - especially breakfast where they have 3 (THREE) omelet making stations to avoid long lines. Love it!

Love the Sky, the Escape and the Pearl most of all.

Just back from our 10 day cruise and it was awesome. The staff was great; entertainment and food wonderful. Only snag was a lousy karaoke catalogue

Just got off the Jade, had a great vacation!! CD Jacky and Asst CD Alex were awesome! This ship is great for people looking for an adult vacation, very few kids (I assume because there is no water slide) The only issue we had was with the bathroom in our balcony room, it was so tiny, We would definitely sail again just upgrade to a room with a larger bathroom

Buffet was great. The ship was very clean and the staff was great! Friendly! Cruise director Jacky and A. Cruise director Alex were great!! Will cruise again!!!

The ship is a smaller and older ship...it was fine. Went on it for the ports, and enjoyed each one of them a lot!

DH and I have enjoyed every cruise we’ve taken since our first in 2007, whether with family, friends or just by ourselves. Until this time, we’ve always wished the cruise could last longer, even after a 12-night sailing. Our first time on NCL was several months ago with our six young adult kids (sons, niece and significant others). All of us had a fantastic time, so DH and I were really looking forward to this sailing. The ship was a nice size, laid out well and clean. The crew was friendly and hardworking, but there were fewer of them than needed. The officers were rarely seen, disorganized and generally seemed unconcerned with passenger comfort or convenience other than Haven guests. One big negative was a newly revised smoking policy that was unfair to both the smokers and those trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle at sea. The casino didn’t have any non-smoking areas that I found. Smoking was restricted to three small areas on open decks—forward decks 13 and 7, aft deck 7, all starboard. The walkers were forced to go between smokers at the narrowest part of deck 7!! For the record, I smoke but felt this was unfair to all passengers. Food was plentiful, but those who didn’t book specialty dining pre-cruise were out of luck unless in the Haven. Many, many unused tables on the three nights we ate in those restaurants because they were being held by Haven concierge according to a couple Haven guests. NCL purchased airport transfers and Customs clearance in Key West were both hot messes. Ship officers made the Customs process an absolute nightmare with a line that stretched twice the length of the ship!! In the hot sun. Will cruise again, but likely not with NCL.

What an unbelievable time. Our butler Francis and our concierge Bruno made sure we had everything we could possibly want and more. Cruise director jacky and assistant Alex were great fun

Overall the cruise was good but not great. I think the little details took away from what could have been a great trip. For my first cruise I think the Jade was a good size ship to try it out, any larger and I think I would have been overwhelmed. But I could see how people who have been on larger ships with more amenities and activities may not be as impressed with the Jade.

Loved the Jade! Staff are absolutely amazing! They were very helpful with my Mom who is in a wheelchair-they have handicapped tables to eat at and the staff always asked if she needed help getting her dinner. I loved the way the buffet is set up with a different serving station for every different kind of food you are looking for and not one long line 😁

This was our 7th cruise on Norwegian and will probably sail again in the next few years. Time to do something different for a change.

Small ship, not enough things to do once you've sailed the bigger ships. Food was just okay nothing great. Needs more entertainment. Todler area super small you can barely fit 2 parents.

We had a great cruise. This was our first cruise. Wish we would have done some of the activities during the day. The show we saw was okay. Our food and drinks were good. Probably my only complaint would be we purchased the pop package and when we would go to get a pop we had to wait in line for 30 minutes or more just for pop.
