I think the NCL Jade is a great ship. The staff on this ship are outstanding. Always friendly and smiling. Has a great set up. NCL always does a great job in the buffet area - especially breakfast where they have 3 (THREE) omelet making stations to avoid long lines. Love it!

Very Good. We had a handicapped person with us. A little confusion on getting someone to help us board but was quickly amended. (We had requested this prior to the cruise.)

We had great and friendly service. Room steward was always prompt and room looked great. Service on the Lido deck was great. Very friendly.

It was an obstructed ocean view but could still see the ocean and deck.
We did the English Tea at Sunbury Plantation. Great tour. Rose was our tour guide. (Peter was our bus driver). Both were great. Rose was very entertaining.
We did the Rum Taster's Thrill and Marigot Bay Tour. The visit to the Rum factory was good. Our tour guide (Rebecka) was not very good. She just laughed at her self and didn't explain much about the countryside. We drove by a very historic looking place with a big cannon outside. She said nothing. Quite disappointing. Rum was great though!
We were disembarking with a handicapped person. A little confusion but had to wait quite a while. They moved the location at the last minute which added to the confusion.
