We choose the free style dinning package, since just the two of we were traveling.

We also had the ultimate dinning package. Everything was just great. the service , food, atmosphere. Dinning with sunsets and sunrises everyday was such a treat.

The  ports of call where perfect.

Yes I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone.  Especially anyone with

Croatian heritage. 

We booked back to back 14 days of the cruises.   We are so blessed that we did this because not only we tour around the sea the land , as well as the culture and the myth !!

All of my friends are interested on going now !!

The Jade was beautiful, the staff was incredible, the entertainment and food were top notch! Everything was simply wonderful!

Towards the end of the trip, my moms sciatica acted up, and the staff went out of their way to ensure she was comfortable at all times. All very warm, and sincere.

This trip was amazing! For me,cruising is all about the shore excursions. Norwegian had super options and included small group tours to Olympia and Delos. Well worth the extra price. 4X4 in Santorini was a blast and lunch was delicious. Right by the sea in a small town. Norwegian also caters to solo travelers. Never felt awkward.

The cruise itself was overall good, and the staff, cleanliness of the ship, food, and excursions were very good.  However, there were just too many kids and not enough space for adults to enjoy and relax.  It would have been better, if there was a larger pool for adults only and if kids were kept out of the bars/clubs at night.

Enjoyed this cruise very much. Impressed by the onboard entertainment. Our cabin was not prober cleaned upon embarkation and this gave a minus in the overall rating.

Our family cruise was very nice.  The ship is very clean and lovely.  The service was very good.  The food was abundant and ok.  The ports visited were very enjoyable and beautiful. We found there could be improvement in some areas and made the comments directly to the shipping company.  All in all we enjoyed the cruise and maybe we will cruise again.

I traveled with my teenaged daughter and we had a wonderful time.  The ship was lovely and the service was outstanding.  Ideally, I would try to go a little earlier in the year, even late spring, to avoid the heat.  

I also highly recommend booking through SkyMiles Cruises. Our representative, Kimberly, did an excellent job and also followed up to make sure that we did not have any last minute changes.  I would definitely book through SkyMiles Cruises again.

As experience cruisers, we were overall satisfied with the entertainment and food selections.  Cabin was very comfortable.  Bathroom was very spacious.  Love the fact that the shower had doors. Service people were lovely. Unfortunately we experience several problems during our stay on the Jade.  We had Cabin noise that was due to workers on the 12th deck placing lounge chairs down in the mornings.  Plumbing noise all night long along the outer wall of the cabin (11078) not typical bathroom noise.  Travel agent signed us up for dinning an soda package but we wanted the bar instead of the dinning package.  It told NCL until Wednesday to rectify the problem. Bar service at the pool side was lacking.  We had to get our drinks several times.  Especially on deck 13.  The need for Reinforcing underage at the spinnaker or any 18 and over lounge should be done by someone standing at the entrance checking ID.  

Food was great, good variety in both dinning rooms and buffet.

Service in dining rooms and specialty restaurants was in need of improvement.

Entertainment was very good.  Ports very good.  Pool crowded and to small  for the amount of passengers.  Overall great cruise for the price good value.

I would rate cruise a 3.9 on a scale of 5.0.

The 7-day cruise to the Greek Islands was outstanding.  We had a wonderful time and our 9 year son loved it (his second cruise).  Even though the Jade is an older ship then the Epic (our last ship), the rooms were nicer and the bathrooms much larger.  Santorini and Myknos were our two favorite islands (easy to explore on your own, don't buy the NCL tour packages).  Highly recommend the specialty dining and beverage package. 

First cruise, good trip - cruise package - speciality dining, ultimate beverage and onboard credit. Staff was good overall - polite and courteous.  Unfamiliar with how baggage is handled during embarkment and disembarkment.

We really enjoyed the cruise and our Penthouse stateroom but the destination of Greece is probably not at its best at the current economic climate. Difficult to obtain euros when you are at port and everything was a bit tired. People were lovely but a little on the desperate side, understandably, for your patronage.

The ship was VERY nice.  The food was mostly good with a great variety. The entertainment was basic to poor.  If you're not traveling with a group you need to make friends quickly as there is little to do but dance or watch poor entertainment.  The crew was mostly helpful, eager to get things right after making a mess of things several times. Meals were cooked to order but often served to the wrong people at the table. Service was either great or they forgot you were sitting at the table. Nothing in-between.  That's why you need friends on this cruise, to entertain yourselves and to laugh things off. Ports are very interesting and with friends a lot of fun.

Ship staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Excellent entertainment.  Cabin steward was excellent, very clean room and friendly.  Selection of entries at dinner could have been better.  They provided an adult pool and hot tubs which was nice.  This was the first cruise I've been on that provided enough chaise lounges that there were not any problems with people saving them. 

Although the food was not was good as I expected, in a couple of dining rooms the food was what you would expect of a mid to high priced restaurant. Again, a couple of the singing entertainment was very good, but most was mediocre to not the kind of music to lighten up a party.

The stage entertainment was very good.

I still would recommend the cruise to friends. 

Traveled for honeymoon/ birthday and neither was recognized by the ship or staff.  Stayed in a suite and requested hypoallergenic pillows in advance of cruise.  Upon arrival I was told only down were available as my advanced request was not a priority (why offer a pillow menu at all?).  Very limited options for vegetarians (salad or pasta only) nothing inventive.  Suite came with butler service, but it did not exceed normal service on any other cruise.  Cruise needs updating.  Penthouse suite with extended balcony only came with one lounge chair.  Drink service at bars and by pools was non-existent.  

Overall a very nice ship.  Good ports, not too many days at sea, excellent attentive staff and a good value for the money.  The ship did show some signs of wear and tear and some parts of the ship could definitely be upgraded, but the staff made up for the negatives with their cheerful attitude and excellent customer service.  The menus in the restaurant were just OK, nothing fancy.  Was a little disappointed to not see any lobster in the main dining room and also we had a pay an additional fee on top of the additional fee to enjoy it at the French Restaurant.  Aside from that, the food was pretty good.

We had a great experience on the Norwegian Jade.  The staff was friendly and helpful.  My children enjoyed Splash Academy so much that they wanted to stay all the time.  They really enjoyed Twinkle, one of the counselors the best.  We definitely enjoyed the freestyle dining option, which was different from our other cruise experiences.  My only regret is that I didn't get lobster as an option in the regular dining experience only in specialty restaurants.  This was a very small regret.  Other than that it was truly enjoyable experience.  We would cruise with Norwegian again.  Truly a trip worth taking with the ports that you get to experience. 

This was my first cruise, so I have nothing to compare it to. I would say the very best thing about this cruise was the fantastic staff on the ship. Every single person was friendly and hospitable and helpful and kind.  The shipboard amenities were great and I love the spa.  I will say that I might not have liked it as much if we hadn't had the dining package. I am not a fan of big, noisy crowded rooms.  We ate in the main dining room for lunch several times and it was charming. But, the one evening we at there, it was noisy and busy. I wouldn't have liked eating there every night. Also the food varied in the speciality restaurants.  Cagney's was wonderful. We ate there twice both were "oh, wow" moments.  Even the vegetarian in the group liked it best (yes, a vegetarian liked the steakhouse!) because it was the only restaurant with a full vegetarian menu.  Moderno's was also great.  But, La Chuchina and Le Bistro were just okay.  The music and entertainment was impressive!  So many incredibly talented people and music everywhere. All in all, it was a great experience and I would consider cruising again because of it.
