Review summary
Very disappointed with Haven amenities. We expected same level service and amenities as Haven on Encore and was never told by anyone from or NCL during booking process that the Haven experience is completely different than the larger ships. There was no private dining, bar, coffee lounge, library/game room, and a very small Haven pool area and sun deck. We expressed our concerns with NCL management and were basically told we should have read the fine print. The least they could have offered was a future credit, but on more than one occasion NCL management has not tried to remedy the situation. Very disappointed that our trip was very expensive and our expectations were not met and that NCL doesn't seems to care. I would not recommend Haven status to anyone on this level of ship.Embarkation
