Cruise started poorly with no record of shuttle reservations for two separate bookings, very rude NCL rep at airport. Guest service staff condescending and not helpful. Room steward? Hit and miss. Food complimentary main dining and garden cafe ; Service. excellent! Selections: repetitive and uninspired.

Mediocre at best. The main dining room staff and garden cafe chef staff were wonderful, but the offerings were repetitive. For the first 2/3 of the cruise vegetables limited to asparagus, carrots, onions, peppers zucchini and corn on the cob.
The reuben sandwiches had no corned beef, sauerkraut was always dry.

Room steward was the worst in 20 years of cruising. the guest service staff aloof and condescending. Failure of NCL to provide shuttle service purchased for 5 of us being told at the airport there was no record of anyone coming from Air France booked by cruise line! Never Again! Basically inferred we lied, had to prove taxi receipt.

We had the best steward ever back in October on the Jade but there have been staff reductions since then. We used a private transfer service.
Sorry to hear about poor food and service, and the other troubles.
How were those excursions to far off lands? Organized or not? We are scheduled to on her in November.
