Food was ok in dining room, specialty dining was ok… buffets were best. Drink package dint include bottled water and they wouldn’t give a can of soda to take to room. Horrible and not worth the money.

Looked forward to doing the spa and they doubled the prices… not worth it! They have made it not even worth cruising any longer. Shows were mediocre at best.

For the price… should have been a larger balcony. It was kept clean but don’t understand why no turn down service? All the joy of cruising towel animals, candies on pillows, etc) are gone. Not cabin stewards fault… ships fault.

Pick another cruise line.. Norwegian nickel and dimes everything.
A lot of this seems to be complaints about things you didn’t research ahead of time. It was announced that they are reducing cabin service to once per day months ago, the service charges and what’s included in the drink package is easily found online and clearly identified in the fine print if you do appropriate research.
Sorry you didn't enjoy. We enjoyed our trip on the Jade this past October. Unfortunately, all the major mainstream cruise lines are reducing service to the cabin to once a day and making other cutbacks due to the debt they took on during the shutdown.
