It wasn't the cafe service, but it was the actual WiFi! We paid 30 dollars a day for the WiFi, but it wasn't worth our hard earned money! We had no proper WiFi all of the trip! On a different Norwegian Cruise, My son and the rest of my family and me were able to have full WiFi.

That they should really go on it. It has fun activities, even more funny and elegant shows, and a really nice Kid's Club staff for your child.
