Overall, it was a wonderful cruise. The only part we didn't rate highly was disembarkation. Despite the ship leaving a day late, NCL made up for it fairly. We would sail on the Jade again.

The food was always good, sometimes fantastic. The included Ultimate Drink Package made this like an all-inclusive cruise. Ate and drank way too much, and loved it!
Onboard Activities

Always a lot to do. Enjoyed the pool deck, the shows, the casino, and even the fitness center (occasionally!). Prices for Bingo and other prize games seemed high, and the cash prizes low compared to previous years we've cruised, but still fun to play at times. Music at the pool area was too loud, and the bands were of questionable quality.

Cabin was fine and was as expected. A bit small...go for suite if you can.

Get the drink packages, shore excursion credits and all the internet time offered as part of any deal you can make!
Due to mechanical issues on the ship, this port was canceled. The ship left Miami a day late. But NCL refunded us a full day and gave each stateroom an onboard credit. It was a fair deal.
Stood in line for a long time to get through customs. Put my wife into a medical crisis. NCL responded with a wheelchair, but withdrew it before going through customs. The process to board post-cruise transportation was crowded and chaotic.
