Review summary

The cruise was overall a great time, the ports were fantastic. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. Very surprised that it was low quality since most cruises people rave about the food.

Boarded the Jade at this port, some Jade employees made comments to the effect that we were at fault for getting on late.(flight had been cancelled)

Forgot O'Sheehan's, which did not disappoint for basic pub fare.

Was on the Jade in June, and that was not our experience. We managed to eat at every restaurant. The specialty restaurants Le Bistro, Cagney's and Teppanyaki were fantastic, Moderno's and La Cucina were very good. Jasmine was slightly disappointing, although the sushi was quite good. Alizar was the only venue that really came up short, however Grand Pacific was excellent, and even though it shares the same kitchen as Alizar. So thinking that was a one off. The buffet was the buffet, not great, but basically as expected.

Me too, some many options, just try something else!

When we went, the food was no low quality. I get it depends on if you ate what you liked or tried the specialty dining. We did both and had not experienced the low quality food you speak of.

Most people just keep eating what they like , do 't look at menu.
