Review summary

The cruise itinerary was excellent. Staff, for the most part were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The ship was very clean in all areas. The food was very good to excellent. The only problem in regards to food was that as we neared the end of the cruise it became evident that various food items were becoming scarce...ie fresh fruit at breakfast, limes at the bars and a few other minor products.

Good to Very Good. Only one minor negative experience that was quickly remedied - Issue was poor communication by on board account staff. If on board account were readily available via stateroom TV it would be extremely helpful and minimize time wasted in line ups too make inquiries about account and communication issues explaining charges.

Wasn't as organized as other cruises/ cruise ships/ companies we've sailed with. We walked off with luggage and it seemed like there were several lines to exit and some people were taking advantage of others waiting in line by finding a means to jump ahead of others.
