Great experience overall. Friendly staff, phenomenal customer service. Older crowd, so slightly boring if you're a younger cruiser, but definitely a great ship, and beautiful ports.
Embarkation

Very quick. This was a sold-out cruise, but it was very organized
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
I'm a vegetarian, but there were still a lottt of options; the food was better than other NCL cruises I've been on
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Honestly not many activities, aside from the pool which was crowded most of the time.... Kinda boring at times.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
The stage shows were ok. Chip, the illusionist/comedian was by far the best. The DJ was honestly really, really bad. No recent music, and he played the same thing at ever single party.
Children's Programs
Didn't use these services
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Best customer service on any cruise I've been on thus far. Amazing wait staff, my steward Arsenio was amazing. The cruise director, Paquito was hilarious, friendly and entertaining.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Clean! always very very clean. The staff worked so hard to maintain every single area. I couldn't find a speck of dirt anywhere
Cabin / Stateroom

Clean, super comfortable. Loved it.
Ship tip
Bring some extra things for entertainment, such as books, cards, etc.
We went during Halloween. A lot of families brought their kids trick or treating around the port area. We visited Sorobon beach, which was about a 10min drive from the port.
We did a City tour with some locals outside of the port. It was $17pp and was very informative. We visited the Curacao distillery, where they make the drink (blue curacao), We also went to the floating market (amaaazinng), then did some shopping in the city center.
There were taxis available outside the port, as well as a free trolley that runs roughly every 30mins. We visited Eagle Beach, which was a 10minute drive from the port, costing us $13. Breathtaking beach.
I loved Ocho Rios. This wasn't my first time visiting, but the first time I actually did an excursion. We did horseback riding through the ship at Chukka Farms, which was about 45 minutes from the port. So, a bit of advise for anyone considering this excursion--- BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES, and BABY WIPES, A TOWEL, A POWER HOSE, SOAP, WATER, A WHOLE CHANGE OF CLOTHES.... SOMETHING... & Ladies, don't make the mistake I did and wear a one piece. It gets pretty messy (mud, horse pop, and other stuff lol) and the facility isn't really set up for participants to wash off. Bring at least $5 to rent a locker, and any extra cash (they do not accept credit cards... its literally the middle of nowhere). What the facility lacked in glamour, they made up with their staff. The guys there are knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful, which is great if you're a first timer. (Especially O'Shane... hey boo! :-P lol)
