Review summary

we were fogged in as they close the port of Tampa, so we left 7 hours late. The cruise line cancelled the port call at Key West which was the main reason we booked the cruise. They did give us another day in Cozumel which does not compare.

The room was smaller than same rooms on the Gem. Specialty restaurants were great, nice entertainment for the shows.

Some areas of the ship look a little tired but we had fun.

the worst part of the cruise was embarkation at the port of Tampa, hot long lines getting to the NCL checkin. I will not cruise from this non air conditioned, non heated (which we need when disembarking in 35 degree weather) port area ever again.

I didn't know the the Port of Tampa terminal lacked A?C or heat.  Wow!  How unfortunate that the ship needed to demolish a pool & a slide during a voyage.

IDK,  sounds like a lot of money to remove the pool and slide just for one cruise and replace it once it's the charter cruise is over.

They demo'd a pool and slide because of a charter ?    I find that hard to imagine, unless they intended to remove / replace them anyway.    They could have just roped them off.

Bumpy.  Not much communication as to efforts to get to Key West because of weather delay out of Tampa.  Demolition of the second pool and huge water slide took place in the middle of the cruise because charter coming up did not want the pool and slide.  Smoke from sixth floor casino was rough. Food, entertainment, housekeeping all excellent.
