Very impressed with NCL. This is our second time to cruise, so we are pretty new at it, Liked the outdoor seating with specialty restaurants. We will cruise again with them.

Aside from the shows the entertainment was not very good

Buffet was excellent with daily meat choices at carvery.... desserts excellent ...O Sheehan's fish sandwich was made of fish sticks... booo!....

Great cruise overall, I schedule a bar crawl which was so much fun and met so many awesome people to hang out with the rest of the cruise.

Ship was clean we had a great time good food great service ready for my next trip🥰😍😎🥂🍻

It was great having the ship at a lower capacity. We loved the cruise, so much that we purchased deposits to return on Norwegian again soon.

I gave myself the gift of a Christmas cruise on the Caribbean and I'm very happy with it. Being on the sea with the warm breezes was beautiful and onboard there was always something to do if you wanted an activity. Although, in the future, I think I'd prefer a luxury cruise line. There are lots of upsells and extra fees for things not included - I think (I hope) the luxury cruise lines are truly all-inclusive so even though you pay more up front, the cruise experience is seamless and there's no feeling like you're depriving yourself (of a cappuccino, or access to an exclusive spa section, for instance, or a premium glass of wine) or that you're being sold something else everywhere you go.

I have cruised for 40 years and always felt that you have to be somewhat patient for a number of reasons. However, staff was not quite up to par and many had a horrible attitude.

great time and ship, very clean, shows, excellent crew and service, free covid testing as required, calm ride, cool ports and tours, lots of fun, we met many happy sweet people and tried to stay clear of the negative spoiled crowds

Not visiting 2 ports was extremely disappointing. They cancelled Bermuda and wouldn't go to the Azores (which is why I booked this particular cruise). Their food could have been better, the best part were the specialty restaurants. The shows were weak. We won't be sailing with NCL again.

Great ports, but NCL was so bad, getting to every port LATE and returning us back to the ship 30 minutes early at ALL PORTS.

Transatlantic with 8 port and 6 countries (with excursions). Seven days at sea. Fabulous trip.

This was our 5th Haven experience and 9th Norwegian cruise. We love Norwegian. NO Covid . NCL has handled the the situation well. This was a great cruise!

TOO many sea days due to Bermuda and Azores cancelled. 8 sea days in a row.

First part great. After Lisbon almost nine days of crossing Atlantic. Two canceled ports.

All in all of this was one of the best Cruises I have ever been on. It was disappointing that some of the ports could not be accessed without having an NCL excursion booked. I would definitely go again, but the next time transpacific because it was just too cold in Europe for me.

I will never, ever take a cruise again with norwegian and you can on it.

Overall a fantastic cruise. Dealing port changes and Covid changes is overwhelming. I'd suggest adding yourself to several cruise sites to stay up on changes as it's easy to miss things relying on email notifiactions. We lost the port in Turkey due to issues with customs and they added another Greek port. Vorso. It wasn't a great port but it wasn't NCL fault. I would have rather had them make that a sea day but I stayed on the ship so it kind of was. lol Except for the scrap metal unloading going on in the next pier. (LOUD)

The cruise was terrific from start to finish even with Covid protocols before getting onboard. The after cruise hotel in Rome was a very big disappointment and an unpleasant experience. First of all was the inability of the staff to check in guests from the ship. Mass confusion and no available rooms made everyone unhappy. I feel since they knew exactly when the ship passengers were arriving a bit of planning would have alleviated a lot of issues. The location of the hotel is a block away from many street sleeping homeless people. My wife and I came across a man defecating on the side walk less than a block from the front door. The staff were inattentive to guests requests. The morning we left , at 615 am, there was no NCL person to make sure the connection was smooth. No attempt by staff to deal with many requests for a simple cup of coffee. The Piram Hotel should be avoided. NCL should do a better job of securing hotels for their cruise guests.
