Review summary

I have cruised for 40 years and always felt that you have to be somewhat patient for a number of reasons. However, staff was not quite up to par and many had a horrible attitude.

The main dining room was a disappointment, Le Bistro was fantastic and by far our best dinner. The Haven dining room can only accommodate 25% of passengers in the Haven and you cannot make a reservation. Therefore it was difficult to have dinner.

The Haven gets you into the shows with great seats.

Some were excellent and others acted like passengers were an inconvenience..

The cabin type is not correct. The fold out sofa in the second bedroom was not good.

We were late in arriving and the excursions were all messed up due to timing.

The excursion desk was rude and were not receptive to questions or complaints. A tour that was advertised as 2 hours took us 3 1/2 hours.
