Overall, enjoyable but nothing wowed us--could have been better. Ship cabins need to be updated. Food needs variety for the buffet. I'm not sure the additional cost for speciality restaurants was worth the cost. Need new key technology with a band etc. Having the keycard was bothersome.

The food was disappointing. The buffet was essentially the same everyday with a few new things added. The other dining rooms were the same menu with service nothing spectacular, I was underwhelmed. The Japanese style restaurant was my favorite. Food great and atmosphere. The Brazilian was okay, some meats were tough. Need more variety in the buffet lines (Mexican, Chinese, etc) too limiting.

pools, spa. Pools were good. Spa was good experience except the hard sale for additional services was too much. I was fine with being asked once but 7 or 8 times was too much. Took away from the experience.

We were a family of 3 and it was a tight fit with very little storage space for luggage/clothes, etc. Overall clean. Did not enjoy that you had to pay for mini fridge drinks. Ship rooms need updating. The colors outside of the main spaces very bland and not inviting. However biggest complaint was the air not working in the room. We could never get cooled at night.
The tour was too rushed and not enjoyable. The site visits were not balanced. We had 40 minutes at the bazar. Then was told I will find you by tour guide. We were 5 minutes late to the meeting point and she was irritated with us. This was not enjoyable. Need more time. Also b/c of the traffic etc did not fee comfortable getting off the ship the 2nd day. 1 day was more than enough
Favorite excursion and stop of the entire cruise. Knowledgable tour guide. Clear timing and instructions. Also was able to enjoy the town with the shops. Neat place.
Getting up and down to the city was a joke-3 hour waits takes up quite a bit of your time. I was not impressed at this stop. It was mostly shopping very little to do if you did not choose one of the limited excursions
Did you lower the air conditioner level? Next time call Guest services so maintenance can fix it if this happens again. If you get a balcony, do not keep the door open...it will shut the air off.
