Review summary

Disappointed. Not worth the time and money. Generally boring. The 16th floor open H20 deck- carbon monoxide from engine was suffocating and a big turnoff. I’ve been in other ships and never smelt the smoke to is bad. Whyyyyyyy!!!!!!!

Entertainment is a big JOKE. The singers cant sing. The strain in their voices was too obvious. They are not engaging at all. They literally are off Key on most songs and generally boring.

Room stewards work so hard to keep the room clean on time. She was literally running up and down the hall. Great job. The staff at the bar were kinda rude- acted like it’s a privilege to be served a drink. The guest services - they don’t have the right information- they have generic answers to most questions. One guy told me “ your card has insufficient funds” which was not true coz my card has a auto alert/lock for abroad transactions which all I needed was to open it.

My Toilet backed up 4 times during my stay. Yes!! They came by to open each time but I was anxious the whole time on when it would back up; which meant calling them again. I literally had to go up a floor to use the toilet one night coz I dint want to call them in the middle of the night…. To us was the most horrible experience and the reason I will not do this Cruise Ever!!!

Appreciate your feedback. Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. Although you have no other cruises listed, it seems you understand that it’s not the norm to have all these issues. Hope you find your perfect vacation.

Carbon monoxide is not suffocating, the other combustion by products can be. If there was enough CO to be suffocating (clear odorless gas?) you are already dead meat (without immediate oxygen treatment). Odd how some find a cruise bad, while others on the same one claim to have a blast.
