Review summary

The ship is over run with crowds. The food was often cold in the MDR. THE spa was rarely mopped is is not safe and too crowded. Eliminating late night buffet only exacerbates the food venue crowding during the day. Staff was stressed by the massive pressure this puts on them Il Cucina needs to go. The food was not worthy and yet they call it a speciality Cagneys and Ocean blue never disappoint. Elimination of evening turn down is shocking and forced us to re think how we spent our day. The muster should be by video like other cruise lines and should start and end on time.

MDR Food was often cold and of low quality. Cucina was inedible. Ocean Blue and Cagneys were great. Il Bistro was rushed. Buffet was over crowded, over run and often no seating

Fitness center was good. Pools were nice so long as you went at 8 am. Rest of time it was over run and smokers were adjacent

A lot of the children went to their kids club and honestly the teens were there, they were very respectful and I did not see anybody hanging out by my cabin door I did see kids like in the area where they were just talking on my deck but most likely they probably had their cabin there. The main thing is that parents also need to know where their kids are and a lot of times they don't. Yes the ship was crowded but you have to remember there were over 4,000 passengers and it was full. We've cruised on the Breakaway in 2014 and it was President's week. You think this was bad it wasn't and it was in the winter we had to stand all the way out in the cold. My husband and I went to Port Canaveral and with that, we went to Epcot through the ship's Excursion. We had a good time and it's all how you make it.

Not all the time people can go during the Spring and January or whatever. It has to do with the person's job and when they could get vacation or other reasons.

I was on the sailing for March 18th to the 26th. This ship holds over 4,000 people and a lot of employees. And most of the employees you don't even see because it's behind the scenes like laundry and engineers the bridge and anybody else that you don't see. Buffet yes it was very crowded and hard to get a seat because people enjoy eating there. We've eaten in the MDR at night and sometimes a buffet. We've Cruise a lot with Norwegian and yes this ship is one of the biggest. Unfortunate that we could not go to the private island due to the tenders being not able to go to the island. This was for safety reasons. Being at sea for 6 and 1/2 days was a lot but we know things happen and we made the best of it. We went to the activities and I walked around the ship I went to the gift shop and I just had a good time all in all.
