Review summary
Itinerary was changed at last moment. No notice was given. Instead of 2 nights in Bermuda, the boat would dock at the Bahama's for 5 hours from 9:45 pm - 2:45 am. I sought help from BJ's Travel, as my travel agent, to be my advocate. I received no help from BJ's Travel Team. It pains me to see that BJ's averages out the score for this review. The staff was fair, the room was OK. But the overarching disappointment of the itinerary change, coupled with BJ's refusal to offer any advocacy on my behalf, cast a grand shadow over our entire trip. Poor customer service in the back office's of BJ's Travel & Norwegian Cruise Lines is causing a poor rating for the hard-working front office team of the Norwegian Getaway.Embarkation
