Review summary

It was the worse cruise I have been in. At O'Sheehans you have to beg for a napkin. The children's pool was closed so they invaded the adult areas. The NCL APP did not work. And just a remark: the Jewish Shabbat is commemorated with wine and not cranberry juice.

Horrible. They start check-in at 9:00 AM but keep you in a small room at the port until 12:00PM to embark

There was a fitness center class scheduled and the teacher did not appear and there was no one to tell what happened.

Three good shows in 10 days: Burn the floor, Million dollar quartet and Comedian Dean Edwards. Scott Henry did the same show three times. If I had known he has such a small repertory, I would not waste my time.

Service and Staff

The only waiter that really liked what she did was Mae Tapel from O'Sheehans. Very gentle and professional. Our Room attendant Rohan Colaco was wonderful. And the Guest Service crew were very nice, especially Bon Villaluz and Goran Rorbek. The rest of the crew were there just to make number......
