We enjoyed the cruise overall. There were definitely some things that could have been a lot better. NCL should fix their wifi and app issues on this ship if it sails for longer periods of time, with multiple at sea days.

Food and Dining

Main dining rooms were nothing special. Service not great, slow, and food was not especially good. Specialty dining was excellent. Buffet was good. Desserts were overall disappointing.
Onboard Activities

There are too many areas of this ship that are closed off unless you pay the additional fees. Main pools were overcrowded and there were hardly any pool servers for drinks. We tried to reserve the Vibe area but they said reservations were not available. Half of the area was closed off inside of Vibe so maybe they are short on staff (?)
Entertainment

All of the entertainment that we attended was excellent (Syd Normans, Howl at the Moon, comedy, magician).
Children's Programs

Teen club was great for meeting others in his age group. Not too many coordinated activities in Entourage, but a good place to hang out.
Service and Staff

Only standout was our room steward. Other staff was ok. Crew was mandated to wear masks and a lot of crew was new. Hard to understand what they were saying at most times. NCL boasted about the medical center and enhanced services. They are open for 1.5 horus in the morning and evening. We could not get a bandaid (even at guest services).

Ship was clean and well maintained. Too many private areas that are not available to all guests.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was clean. Room steward was great. Balcony was very small compared to other ships.
Ship tip
Take advantage of the specialty dining. Do not rely on wifi, it is mediocre. The app never worked, so do not rely on that for communicating with other guests or reservations.
