Review summary

The cruise and the ship were very enjoyable. Everything was good except for the embarkation and disembarkation. After we got on the ship we really had a good time.

The embarkation experience was terrible. You went from one line to another and it took forever. We’re Sapphire latitude members are are used to getting through the line much easier. Extremely disappointed.
